Let Your Imagination Go Wild!

While reading,or thinking have you ever imagined something so wild, something so out of the universe, that it came completely from fantasy land? Well, you may think that is it not normal, but is is normal. Everyone imagines something like that. I’ve always imagined living in candy land, and in a place where it would be all the seasons at the same time, but it is from fantasy land. So, let your imagination go wild! With a strong imagination, you will be very successful in writing a novel, or a fantasy book, because things out of the universe, always make an interesting story. You need your imagination to follow your dreams, to dream the impossible, because, that is how things become possible.

Bulling Awareness Week

This week is bulling awareness week. This week, we support everyone that has been bullied, and we stand up for them. No one should be a bully. Bulling is not only 1 person’s problem, but is a problem for all of us. We all must be responsible when it comes to bulling. Together we can change bulling thoughts to thoughts that count!

Reminder: If you see bulling anywhere, remember to tell an adult that you know, or someone you can trust, so that they can help you.

Make Everything a Joy!

There will be so many thing in life that you will not want to do, but you will end up doing then sooner or latter, so why not make it fun!? I’m not saying don’t take things seriously, but if you make them fun, you will have less trouble doing it.

Even though you are having fun, don’t EVER race through your work. Yes, it might finish faster, but it will be messy, and it will not be your best work. Not doing your best work is terrible. So, make everything a joy, take it seriously, and do your best work, and everything will finish faster.

Happy Remembrance Day!

Today is the day we honour all the solders, and people who served for out country, and fought for our freedom. On the 11th day of the 11th month of the 11th hour of the 11th minute, World War 2 ended, and we celebrate, and remember.

We sing the national anthem of our country, and stand for a moment of silent reflection. We wear our poppies to show respect. It is important that we remember the sacrifices that people made for us, and our rights. So wear your poppies, and say thank you.

This is the song/poem by John McCrae, about Flanders Field, that a lot of people sing on remembrance day.

In Flanders Field

In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.

We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie,
In Flanders fields.

Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields.
